Common Checks
If you cannot find the verification email
Verification emails sent by Firebase may be placed in the spam folder. If the email is not in your inbox, please check your spam folder as well.
If GPS logs cannot be recorded
Please check whether location access is allowed for TabiTabi in iOS Settings. Low power settings or unstable network conditions may interrupt recording.
Photos and QR images
In the current version, photos and QR images are stored locally on the device. They may be lost if the app is deleted, the device is changed, or local data is erased.
